Florida Beer Company’s Key West Southernmost Wheat

Key West Southernmost Wheat – Brewed by Florida Beer Company from Melbourne, FL – ?% alcohol

Yet another real tasty beer. I seem to be on a string of good luck with the beers I’ve been picking out. That, or I just like EVERYTHING. Anyway, this brew is good. Slight taste of orange (Florida Beer Company…) and it says key lime, but it’s just oranges to me.

Real light, high drinkability. Probably even better on a hot summer day. I would definitely buy this again or get it out on tap if I ever saw it.

Final Rating – 4.5 Pints (4.5 pints)

  1. I’m glad that the orange isn’t overpowering. Random fruit beers always seem to be hit or miss with me.

  2. We enjoy reading about all the beers and beer stories this blog reports on. We are in the planning stages for a new brewery in Northeastern USA called Charter Oak Brewing Company LLC and our business plan is to grow to over 25,000BBL within 5 years.
The breweries and stories you report on, allow for much encouragement.
